PuenteTech is operated from Mexico City and serves clients in the US and Mexico. We respect your privacy and only collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiry. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we receive: your name, email address, language preference (optional), service interest (optional), and the message you write. We do not use cookies or analytics that personally identify you on this site.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you've asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend (resend.com) to our inbox at hello@puentetech.dev, hosted by Neo. Resend keeps short-term delivery logs; once delivered, the message lives in our email inbox until we no longer need it for our conversation with you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reach out again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@puentetech.dev. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 1 business day.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be flagged at the top.
